Health coaching is about giving you the resources and confidence to take control of your wellbeing. I walk beside you to achieve your lifestyle goals, manage your health, motivate you, and help you break down barriers. I can work with your doctor, nutritionist, personal trainer or specialist to provide the support you need between their appointments, as you implement lifestyle changes. I use evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle medicine advice to ensure you have the latest and most accurate information to make informed decisions.
Mostly, coaching is about walking beside you, through the changes you want to make in order to achieve your goals. Think of all the possibilities!

We begin with 1.5 workshop together to work out what is important to you – where are you heading? What changes can we make to ensure you reach your goals, and by when?
We follow this with three 45-minute sessions as we focus on one health area that you need support and clarity in, alongside email and text support. We can chat online, at times that work for you!
You can join our Facebook support group for access to recipes, resources and the support from other women implementing change.
You’ll finish your package feeling more confident, with a toolbox of skills you can use to sustain change.
